INSIDE The Hub March 2026: Where Insights Become Action
![]()
March always carries a certain kind of energy.
It is the season where things begin to thaw. Ideas that have been quietly forming all winter start to take root. And courage that once felt dormant begins to move again.
It is also a month rich with meaning.
March is Women’s History Month, a time to honor the courage, brilliance, and determination of women who have insisted on taking up space, building businesses, leading movements, and opening doors for others.
It is also Social Work Month, a moment to recognize the professionals and advocates who hold communities together in quiet, powerful ways. Many of you in this community work in higher education, nonprofits, and service organizations where care, equity, and persistence are daily acts of leadership.
And as we the spring season, we are reminded of something important:
Growth rarely arrives with fanfare.
It begins quietly.
With intention.
With a decision.
That is the spirit we are leaning into inside The Hub this month.
Inside the Hub: What’s Unfolding
If the past few months have taught us anything, it is this:
Leadership is not about perfection. It is about courage.
Inside the Wishful Doing ecosystem, we have been having conversations about what it really looks like to lead in complex times.
Times that require:
• Reflection
• Honest conversations
• Community that tells the truth
• Tools that help us move from intention to action
That is what the Wishful Doing Hub was built for, after all.
The Hub is a space for thoughtful leaders, builders, advocates, and change makers to sharpen their thinking, support one another, and keep moving forward.
And this month, we are preparing for something special across the community.
Something New Is Coming
There is something we have been quietly building behind the scenes.
Something designed to make the Wishful Doing ecosystem more accessible, more connected, and more powerful for the leaders inside it.

The Wishful Doing App is on the horizon.
Soon, members will be able to engage with The Hub in a whole new way. Conversations, resources, courses, and community all in one place. Designed to meet you wherever you are:
- On your morning commute.
- Between meetings.
- During those quiet moments when an idea strikes.
We are still putting the finishing touches on it, but let’s say this:
The next evolution of The Hub is coming.
And members of this community will be the first to experience it.
A Celebration: Legacy Lab Free Trial
To celebrate this next chapter, we are doing something special.
For the month of April, we are opening the doors to one of the most powerful spaces inside the Wishful Doing ecosystem.
The Legacy Lab.
For one month, every member of the Rise Room and Impact Collective will receive full access to the Legacy Lab experience.
No extra steps. No special application.
If you are in the Rise Room or Impact Collective, the switch flips, and you are in!
Inside the Legacy Lab you will experience:
• Strategic leadership tools and frameworks
• Deep-dive conversations and coaching with values-driven leaders
• Behind-the-scenes thinking on building courageous organizations
• Real-time reflection and accountability with other thoughtful professionals
It is where leaders come to think bigger, focus their strategy, and build something that actually lasts.
If you have been curious about what happens inside the Legacy Lab, April will be your opportunity to experience it firsthand.

Make the Most of Your Membership In the Rise Room
The Rise Room is the heartbeat of the Wishful Doing Hub.
It is where conversations begin, where ideas are tested, and where leaders show up with both their questions and their wins.
If you are already inside the Rise Room, here are a few ways to make the most of the space this month.
1. Share what you are building.
Whether it is a project, an idea, or a challenge you are navigating, your story helps shape the learning inside the community.
2. Respond to others.
One thoughtful comment or perspective can spark the kind of conversation that moves someone forward.
3. Ask for insight.
The Hub is filled with professionals across higher education, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations. This is a room full of wisdom. Use it.
4. Stay curious.
The Rise Room is not about perfection. It is about growth, reflection, and thoughtful engagement with others who care deeply about their work.
As we move toward April and the Legacy Lab trial, the conversations happening inside the Rise Room will become even more powerful.
For Our Impact Collective and Legacy Lab Members
For members of the Impact Collective and the Legacy Lab, this season is a chance to go deeper into the spaces you already have access to.
The Impact Collective is designed for leaders who are actively building something in the world. It is a place to sharpen ideas, pressure test strategy, and connect with others navigating complex leadership work.
A few ways to maximize the space:
• Bring real leadership questions into the community
• Share insights from your work in the field
• Engage with other members navigating similar challenges
• Use the space as a sounding board for decisions and strategy
Inside the Legacy Lab, the focus shifts toward long-term thinking.
This is where leaders step back from the urgency of the moment and reflect on the bigger picture.
Legacy Lab members can make the most of the experience by:
• Revisiting the leadership tools and frameworks available in the space
• Reflecting on how your work is evolving this year
• Engaging with fellow members about the systems and institutions you are helping shape
• Sharing lessons learned from your leadership journey
As we prepare for the Rise Room free trial of the Legacy Lab in April, your engagement inside these spaces helps model what thoughtful leadership and community can look like.
The conversations you start, the reflections you share, and the encouragement you offer others are part of what makes this ecosystem powerful.
The Wishful Doing Hub was built for leaders who believe their work can make a meaningful difference.
Thank you for showing up inside this community and helping shape what it is becoming.
